- Rev. Phill spent 9 years in the US Army Black Ops fighting in a war our county says we were never in. He also spent 7 years in Law Enforcement. He is now a 100% Disabled Veteran. The Veterans Hospital gives him narcotics for the pain. Now he is addicted to the pills and does not get very much relief from them. His VA Rating states, "HIS LIFE IS MISERABLE AT BEST."
For this reason he is working to get marijuana legalized in Oklahoma for Medical Purposes.
As for Legalizing Marijuana, He agrees with President Obama. Here is why: why would someone go into a store and buy a 1/4 of an oz. for $100.00 when the guy in the alley is selling 1 oz. for the same price. Only the law abiding citizen is going to purchase from the store.

- I CALL and Email Elected Officials Daily! I don't care if they are not my elected official, I will still call them. Maybe I can hit them with a different light that no one else has ever shown them before. You never know, it would not be the first politicians mind I have changed and they actually did vote my way!

He resides in a state that does not treat Political Activist very friendly, even if they are disabled.
He has a retired Federal Judge in Tulsa, OK that knows all the details of his entire life as his Attorney.
He also knows several Oklahoma State Representatives who are on his side both Republican and Democrat.
He has on his side 2 national television stations waiting to do his story.
He has several very well known TV Personalities who would be on the air in seconds in protest!
He communicates almost weekly with persons inside the USDOJ.
He is 100% disabled and will demand that any holding institution meet 100% of ADA requirements as required BY LAW!
He also knows more about the 4th Amendment than most of the framers of the Constitution ever thought about when they wrote it.

The National Criminal Justice Act of 2009
This is a little something a few of my friends and I have been working on. I have even spoke with President Obama and he has promised to sign the Act when it reaches his desk.
